PR Comment with Test Report Summary
When Maestro tests are run for a pull request and their reports are published to Qualflare, automatically post a summary of the test results as a comment on the related PR.

Automatically Create Test Steps from Reported Test Results
When publishing a test report to Qualflare, the report should also include the executed steps for each test case. Qualflare should automatically create or update the test case steps based on the reported step data, so users don’t need to define them manually.
Sharding visualization for Playwright testing
Add a visualization for Playwright test sharding to make it easier to understand how tests are distributed across shards. Display shard-level execution details such as test distribution, status, and duration to help identify imbalances and performance bottlenecks.
